Terms and conditions for the purchase of goods and services from Ecliptech Innovations
Ecliptech Innovations “Ecliptech” accepts no liability for any damage, injury or loss of life resulting from the purchase of our products. We recommend that all Ecliptech products are inspected and installed by the appropriate qualified tradesperson. All products offered are subject to availability.
Ecliptech products are covered with a 2 year warranty from date of sale. The warranty covers manufactured defects, not damage or misuse. Anyone wishing to make a claim should first contact Ecliptech to determine if there is indeed a fault, or if the items configuration/installation may be the cause. If the item is returned to Ecliptech and there is no defect found, the customer will be responsible for return postage.
The purchaser is responsible for returning the goods to Ecliptech when making any claim. If you purchased direct from Ecliptech, you do not require a receipt (given valid identification). If you did not purchase from Ecliptech, the receipt of sale is required.
Ecliptech prides itself on high quality products, customer support and targets zero defects for all its products. If you have an Ecliptech product that is damaged, depending on the type and extent of the damage, we may be able to repair it. Please contact us.
Refunds are not offered unless Ecliptech agrees a compatibility issue has been identified and it cannot be resolved. Please contact Ecliptech first.
CHARGEBACK (DISPUTE) FEE
The bank charges a hefty fee for processing charge-backs (disputes). If you make application for a charge-back, Ecliptech will charge you for the cost incurred. If you have a dispute, please talk to us first so we can provide prompt attention. You do not need to lodge a charge back to get our attention. Even if you accidentally double order, just let us know so it can easily and quickly be resolved.
Orders will be dispatched promptly and by the postage method selected. Ecliptech may choose to upgrade the shipping method at no extra cost. Most orders require signature on delivery. If no person is present to the time of delivery, you will need to organise with the shipping service for re-delivery. If the package is left uncollected for more than 2 weeks, the shipping services typically return the item to sender. You will need to cover the cost of re-shipping the item. If you organise with the shipping service to leave the package without signature, you accept all risks for loss or theft of the package.
Ecliptech reserves the right to changes the price of any product without notice. Prices for accepted orders are held at the price at the time of order for a period of 14 days. Prices do not include any applicable import duties, taxes or fees that may be associated with international shipments. These, if applicable, are the buyers responsibility to pay.
Ecliptech will not be in breach of its terms and conditions with the customer for any delays in performing, or failure to perform, its obligations under these terms and condition if delays or failure were due to cause or circumstance beyond Ecliptech’s control.
