DHL Express Worldwide

~$26 to $63 depending on destination country.  Online tracking provided.  Signature on delivery required.

DHL will send you an email to track your package online.  They usually send you an SMS where possible to remind you the day your delivery is coming.

Express Courier International

EMS ~$25 to $40 depending on destination country.  Online tracking provided.  Signature on delivery required.

Ecliptech will provide tracking details, if available for the shipping method chosen, when the order is dispatched.  Ecliptech may subscribe tracking update notifications for your packet to your email address.  DHL typically provides SMS delivery notifications to mobile numbers.  In the case of non-delivery, the customer must notify Ecliptech immediately. Where possible, Ecliptech will promptly investigate to determine if the order is lost, in transit or held by the carrier. If the order was placed with a shipping method that does not have tracking or signature on delivery, or the customer waivers the signature on delivery with the carrier, Ecliptech is not liable for any loss. Where the customer is at fault for not being available to accept delivery or incorrect shipping details were provided, Ecliptech will forward any costs incurred for the recovery, re-direction and re-delivery of the shipment to the customer. Use of your own freight carrier is not available. Ecliptech adheres to customs and export requirements to declare the goods and the cost of the goods being shipped.  It is the customers responsibility to pay any customs import duties, taxes and costs applicable to the import of goods.
